MARINA RESIDENCE reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website.

• In case of already made, confirmed and paid reservations, the amount due does not change, regardless of the submitted new price offers.
• The reservation is considered valid upon payment of 100% of the amount by bank transfer no later than two days after confirmation. Otherwise, if you do not pay, the reservation will be canceled.
• All bank fees are at the expense of the client. Based on the translation, please enter the application number and the name of the application holder.
• Payment is made by bank transfer.
• Cancellations and changes without penalty are made up to 10 days before the date of accommodation, and the full amount of the reservation is refunded. If canceled or modified up to 9 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of cancellation or changes after this period or in case of non-arrival the total amount of the reservation is retained as a penalty.
